Wow...just wow
(Note: this game is so awesome, I had to split my review into sections)
31 MB?!! That's huge, man! Before 2007, everything had to be below 10 MB! Not that that's a bad thing, I'm just amazed.
This is just...WOW! I wouldn't mind having to pay money for this! (Not that you should do that, though...)
I'm surprised that you spent so much time refining this game as to make it accessible, like the in-game tutorials, the options amp, the button layout option, the instrument choices, and the character customization.
With over 30 songs man, this game is almost scaled in size to some of the early Guitar Hero games. Plus the selection of great indie bands and songs make the game all the more enjoyable. In fact, the only thing bad I found of this game is that there's minor audio and visual slowdown on some songs.
Again...wow. With top-notch visuals, songs, controls, difficulty, customization, accessibility, (medals!), and overall enjoyment, Punk-O-Matic 2 is on par with most pay-to-play PC games! Great job, Evil-Dog, and the others who spent their time on this game, which has got to be the most amazing thing on Newgrounds.
