Great game, which is hard to get me to say as I'm not a Pico fan. There's a few minor problems, though. There's some visual slowdown, and overall the gameplay was too simplistic. It could have used a variety of guns, instead of just sticking to one the whole game. Also, the cart rides became repetitive after the second ride. Other than that, you actually got me to say something rather than "gross!" in a Pico game! Congrats!

Wow...just wow

(Note: this game is so awesome, I had to split my review into sections)

31 MB?!! That's huge, man! Before 2007, everything had to be below 10 MB! Not that that's a bad thing, I'm just amazed.

This is just...WOW! I wouldn't mind having to pay money for this! (Not that you should do that, though...)

I'm surprised that you spent so much time refining this game as to make it accessible, like the in-game tutorials, the options amp, the button layout option, the instrument choices, and the character customization.

With over 30 songs man, this game is almost scaled in size to some of the early Guitar Hero games. Plus the selection of great indie bands and songs make the game all the more enjoyable. In fact, the only thing bad I found of this game is that there's minor audio and visual slowdown on some songs.

Again...wow. With top-notch visuals, songs, controls, difficulty, customization, accessibility, (medals!), and overall enjoyment, Punk-O-Matic 2 is on par with most pay-to-play PC games! Great job, Evil-Dog, and the others who spent their time on this game, which has got to be the most amazing thing on Newgrounds.

Round Three

I absolutely love this game. However, it's relative easiness and short length prevent it from being perfect. (I also like the Newgrounds hints and jokes here and there)

Original

I played this on Andkon.com and beat it before I had known of Newgrounds. It's a super fun game with a great story, but because of the unnecessary guidelines throughout the game, it's way too easy for me to give it any higher than an eight.

Sooooooooo baaaad

Did you even test run this piece of crap?! The slowdown was so horrendous I couldn't even make it past level 5! Also, the gameplay bored me after level 2, the plot line wasn't very good, and it also looked like you dii'nt proofread. 1/10, 0/5
Sorry man. I actually had high hopes for this game.

Cool

Great game. I escaped in 1 minute and 51 seconds. (I'm a speed demon!)

@robotix24

To throw an object like a gun (even if it has full ammo), swing the object above your head, and as soon as you feel like it, press F to release the weapon. If you throw a knife, for example, at the right moment, it will fly and luckily puncture an enemies body (or head) and kill them. Same can be done with an axe.

Oh, and this is a real fun game! Though it could use achievements.

In AWE, and then SOME

This game is AWESOME!!! I've earned every friggin' medal and completed the game!!

True Face of Evil

@EvilHien: when you beat the devil dude for the last time, while he is crawling toward you, walk up to him and punch-or shoot-him in the face. His mask will fall off and you are given the True Face of Evil medal. Oh, and the game was frikken MAD!(ness)

Awesome!

On Andkon.com, I had earned every award except for Obsession! Trying it out here for the medals given for playing the game. BTW, how do you earn those medals?

Streetlights are no guarantee from assassins in the dark. You are one false move from losing everything you are! Sat along a busy wall of senses, it's a smoke screen. With slight trepidation, it must have eluded your memory...
