Strategy

The art of the game was very well done and matched the gruesome and strange theme of the game (ahem...reproduction), and the surprisingly catchy music didn't annoy one bit. In fact, I found the strange burping noises the boss makes to be more so. For those stuck trying to get the Aborted medal, an easy way to dodge the boss' upchuck attack is to stay near the the top of the screen. When it closes its eyes, move up quickly to the very top left of the screen. Usually only one of the spirals is spat high enough to worry about, but one instead of four to five is easy to dodge. The other patterns are when its eyes glow red means it's about to shoot the lasers at you, so duck as fast as you can. At half health, it will shoot two out quickly, so you need to duck even quicker and go further down than usually. When it raises its hand, move left or right enough so that you are nearly touching the boss or are at the far left side of the screen to avoid the falling debris (they probably aren't rocks). Try to stay away from the top of the screen when it is about to do this, so you have more time to react and move out of the way. I hope you find these tips helpful.

Wow...

I played this on a different site called Andkon a few years ago and had no idea what to do. I thought it was just another escape-the-room type games and never came back to it. Boy was I wrong. I found it here on Newgrounds and realized it was by one of my favorites Flash authors, so I took a second try in it. I solved the computer puzzle (unlike I did on Andkon), and everything snapped into place. I didn't even care how fast I was flying by the game then. I got the scanner, and knew what it was for. I went through everything, would scan a room complete, then would move on. The game didn't represent much of a challenge after I found where to go, but that allowed me to enjoy it better. The graphics seemed plain and uninspired (like this was a first Flash) at first, but soon discovered it was a story-driven choice. Then I got to the end, and my mouth hung open. Every little thing came together, I went insane.

I love this game!

It's an instant classic, being able to do whatever you want with your buddy. No wonder this is all over the internet! It can even do flips if you treat it nice enough. Why haven't you updated this for so long, of at least made a new one? Adding objectives to do would add lasting value, and medals to those objectives would make this one of the best Flash games ever. Also, more skins would be awesome (abusing Pico would be awesome!), and what you said about including guns in an update would be cool, seeing parts of the buddy fly away. What about maybe adding multiple buddies on screen to play with? That would be sweet two. Oh, and better graphics would enhance the experience. My list could go on forever. Do SOMETHING!! Please.

Yesssssssssss!!!

Finally! I have found a game that bests Achievement Unlocked!! Ironically, it happens to be by the same author. That isn't bad, as jmtb02 is THE MAN when it comes to making flash games. Trust me, he could even start his own company if he had a chance to. Bottom line: THE BEST FLASH GAME I HAVE PLAYED YET. Of course, I added the 'yet' because I know he can make something even better. He's that awesome. Now it just needs medals.

This is awesome!

Who knew being greedy could be so fun? Oh yeah, more than 100,000 people! I love how the moral of the story (greed kills) is worked into the gameplay, making it seem more important. I did not find any problems with the game, and to those complaining, you have to actually exit the Tower of Greed to earn the medals, both in-game and Newgrounds related! So as soon as you get one, head for the nearest exit so you don't die and lose it.

lulz

Harry: I have a worm!

Bees: So?

Harry: X X
O
Ha ha, this game is so stupidly funny! But, as many have said before, the logic makes no sense what-so-ever, meaning the whole game is ultimately unfun trial-and-error gameplay, and ultimately frustrating. Plus, the dino-meat, TNT victim and stick-vs-wild trophies don't work!

Strange

I remember playing this game YEARS ago on Andkon.com, and it's now just being submitted here? That's weird. However, I like the ol'-school style of gameplay (like how on Andkon it says it's like Mario), and is fun to come back to and play now and then. Good job.

Nice attempt

I actually enjoyed myself while playing this, it is a very nice first attempt at making a Flash game, and even though I have never made one (as I don't know how), I know this is probably WAY better than what I could do in an attempt at a game.

Love it!

I hate how my friends are always telling me, 'what are you doing?! Forget about the stupid bonuses!" So then I say, "Hey! I'm just getting my money's-worth out of the game I bought!" But really, I love collecting bonuses. It gives a sense that there's a lot more than just the main quest to do in a game, and the feel of accomplishment after you finally kill that one last hidden golden spider in Ocarina of Time, or earning an achievement in any other game (I beat Hot Ninja Moon Moon without dying!) makes you feel like you can do anything. This game does all of that, except that it puts a nice sarcastic spin on the whole idea, which is why I (see summary).

Cool

I am an addict for medals, seriously, you should see my account. Anyways, this wasn't much of a flash, but was still interesting enough to go through and look at every single piece of it. However, I do suggest updating this (or make a second) with a mini-game like sample that has medals in it. Not only would it add value to the flash itself, but it would serve as a better tutorial for people who are just starting to figure out what medals even are.

EventHorizon responds:

true, thanks for your advice, however, this flash update it when it leaves the big game LARRY: And The Gnomes!!!, thanks for your comment!

Streetlights are no guarantee from assassins in the dark. You are one false move from losing everything you are! Sat along a busy wall of senses, it's a smoke screen. With slight trepidation, it must have eluded your memory...
